I’ve been skimming through The Note and found an article in the LA Times about celebrities going on GOTV trips.Since my mother-in-law is, while not famous (yet), headed out to Florida, I decided to read the article. Well, according to the LA Times, she’s already been.
I’m pretty sure she hasn’t solved the space-time continuum in some way that none of us can imagine, but she is headed to Florida on Friday.
But given the surprise of seeing her name in digital print on my little Powerbook, who knows?

Hard for this hardheart to stay pissed given this happy turn of events. But why the silencio on the subject from the quoted one herself? Why must I learn of my family’s turns in the good column while seeking more fodder for my dark little blog? What does it mean to learn that your mother-in-law is now a documentary filmmaker soon to be even more beloved than she already is simply because you are addicted to finding things that prove your black view of the state of the world is true?
