Oh my Gosh---I refuse to use the text message acronym for those three words....

anyway--wow--loved Hodge podge lodge, and have asked so many friends my age (47) that grew up back East if they'd heard of the show, and said no. I loved it. In fact, I'm a teacher with pink slip and I know how to use it (that sounds very dangerous all of a sudden). After watching my own kids tv viewing go down the toilet after the death of the croc hunter-moment of silence.......I keep stewing over the memories of Hodge podge Lodge. I think it's a sign that happened to happen upon this website while researching for a class I'm taking. Hmmm...so if I get my act (literally) together, then perhaps you can see my own show, (but I dare not take the name HPL), in Truckee, CA on the public station-it's 6, and shows nothing but the local ice rink and the times and dates of the town bored meetings, I mean, board. It may take me a awhile, but this just might happen. Another pink slipped teacher used to be a videographer. I'll keep you posted. I'm not sure if being a cub scout den MOm and a teacher qualifies me to produce a children's tv show...but then again...there's some real crap out there.

thanks for bringing back some good memories. jane (originally) from Maine.
